Feedback  I would not recommend Percy. Firstly he overcharged me for the paint job - my fault because i trusted him as he had done work for me previously. There were a number of days that he was not around to supervise his staff and as such i had a number of items that were stolen fron my garage and my house. I did give him an opportunity to replace and or return some of the items which he never did despite my threats. My BIGGEST REGRET WAS THAT because I trusted Percy, I paid him in advance even though the job wasnt complete. When I picked up the incomplete/ untidy workmanship he promised to come back to complete BUT HE DIDNT.

Feedback  We hired Perseverance and his team to do construction for us and they did a very good job. We were very impressed by their workmanship and professionalism, they all worked hard on the project putting in long hours to make sure the job was completed on time. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was clean and tidy when they left the place. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Description  Kitchen and Lounge Tiling

Feedback  Percy did the tiling in my kitchen, lounge and passageway. The tiling was very neatly done and he was able to work very well with a tile design that he had not he countered before. He also ensured that he was on time and was very trustworthy. I will be using Percy for any additional work that I have in my home going forward.

Description  Perseverance took out existing paving, he installed better under-the-surface drainage from 3 different sources.. He did the screeding, and installed new tiles very neatly and sloped to specification..

Feedback  Percy is very skilled at plumbing, and tiling. He perfectly undersood my vision for the outside tiling section that needed better water flow drainage. He was extremely accurate in his forecasts of bags of riversand, mix, and cement. There was only one bag left over! He also came with me to Builders to buy piping, and other materials that cost around R2500. He handled all the ordering for me while there. He knows what he is doing. He is not always available on cell due to his busy schedule, but he arrived very early as agreed. Labour costs can be a bit of a frustration to negotiate with him, but all in all he was fair given the job done. Negotiate upfront. He invoiced me as well.

Description  He has assisted me with a lot of things from handy work, plastering, rhino-lighting and more.

Feedback  He is a good guy, who is very dedicated to his work. I am always happy to call him to come and do some work for me cause he knows what he is doing and I have never had any problems with the work he has done for me. I recommend him.

Feedback  He's very good, I've used him many times and even today he was doing some work for me. He is very punctual and very professional. He also communicates me about what he's going to do and thing that he will need.
