Description  Install an inverter

Feedback  Do not use First Plumbing and Electrical, represented by Jade Smith. They installed a faulty inverter on our property and when we attempted to follow up, they ignored all calls and messages. We obtained a report from an independent electrician who advised that the installation was completely faulty, with the incorrect batteries being installed in the inverter. Furthermore they changed our whole DB board structure to a point where electrical flow to our entire house was compromised. Legal action is being taken against them

Feedback  Impossible to get hold of - completely non responsive. Gave me the incorrect product information and is unable to rectify the matter after he promised he would. The installation is also problematic, non-compliant and unsafe. He milked me for money and now he's ignoring me. Communication issues are ridiculous.
