Description  Josh built a pergola / patio area.

Feedback  Terrible service. Said he could do a job he certainly wasn’t qualified to do. After the first rain, the pergola started leaking, he came to fix. It still leaked. I have requested on a number of occasions that he makes good on his work, I have even offered to buy the waterproofing, however, he has not come back to fix. Now parts of the roof are falling down so I will have to spend more money getting it repaired when it should have been a completed project. R27k down the drain. I would not recommend him to anyone. BE CAREFUL.
