Description  Helped me move furniture from one house to another

Feedback  As affordable as they were in terms of cost, their punctuality was very bad. They were over 1hr 20 minutes late yet I had booked and planned with them 3 weeks in advance. I had to keep calling and as a customer I was told to "calm down" by the manager which was very rude! It made an already stressful time of moving even more unpleasant, especially in these heavy rains. Because of their lack of time management, I incurred a late check out fee.

She cleans the cupboards, floors, windows, and carpets. Joyce is very reliable, efficient, and hardworking. Most of the time, I leave him working alone at my house, and I never missed anything.
