Description   Still waiting for solar to be installed and material to be delivered.

Feedback  It's been 42 days since the deposit was paid, and no installation or items have been delivered. He promises to come but does not. He said he will get back to us but does not, and now he does not answer calls. Every day the date changes; he is always busy and can never tell us when he is coming. We paid a lot of money but received only empty promises. If I could turn back time, I would. When the 25th of July comes, it will be 52 days, which, based on his track record, will also not happen. No formal letter has been sent, and no invoice to show payment was done. If this is how things are, how will the after-service be?

Description  Nothing as yet we still waiting 110days

Feedback  payment for a solar installation with JNR De Villiers Projects & Shocking Sun (Pty) Ltd around 10 June 2024. Despite this, no installation was done by the agreed-upon time. After numerous follow-ups, on 1 August 2024, I finally received a response confirming the installation dates for 12 & 13 August 2024. The message stated that if the company failed to meet these dates, they would commit to a full refund with 10% interest. Unfortunately, these dates came and went, and as of today, 25 September 2024—over 110 days since payment—no installation has been made, nor has a refund been provided. We were told that something unforeseen happened, but does the company not have employees that can carry out the work if the owner is unavailable? This lack of planning and accountability is highly unprofessional. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I was promised efficient service and good customer relations, but I have received neither. I would not recommend JNR De Villiers Projects & Shocking Sun (Pty) Ltd based on this poor service.

Feedback  Now I am worried it's 45 days no installation. How will after service be no letter on dates and time given on date given is 25 and 26 July but no time and dates were given before so not even sure if he will be coming.

Feedback  Junior is a very reliable, proffesional person who delivers quality work. Although his prices are reasonable he is still open to negotiation. He has never delivered substandard work and he is humble to take corrections.
