Description  Call out for fridge not working, did diagnostic and quoted for replacement of faulty part

Feedback  Keith is not reliable, he does not keep his word and made off with the money we gave him as deposit to order the part, which he never did. He evaded my calls and did not respond to whatsapp messages. In the end we bought the part ourselves and got another technician to fit it. Keith eventually promised to refund us the money we gave him for the part but he never did.

Description  He ran away with my money, messed my car up, lied about the money I gave him to pay the engineers told me that he paid it but never paid even a single cent. Bring my car with no battery and spare wheel, the was loosed out and can fall any time. The guy blocked me on whatsapp and dropping/ignore my calls he changed the place where he used to live and he is nowhere to be found.
