Feedback  I had just mnived in onto a new house and the previous owers had switched of everything for safety reasons. I managed to switch on everything else on except for the geyser because it was in the ceiling and I could not go there because of the fear of spiders. I called Joel and I felt that he took advantage of me. He came and he had no tool box at all but he took an hour saying that he was fixing a broken element. Nothing was wrong with the geyser, I only needed someone to switch it on. He even charged me as if he had connected the geyser from scratch. I was very disappointed with the service and he proved to be untrustworthy.

Description  Tiling

Feedback  He did his job well. He did the tiling and electrical works. When we wanted to paint the house he had to remove the plugs and insert them again. He is very patient, kind and understanding. He could drive me around for free to buy the material. What pissed me off on the tiling project was not his fault and it was beyond his control and it was something he couldn't fix but other than that he knows his job and he is professional.
