Feedback  He was rude and impolite over the phone. He kept asking for money and was argumentative when the money didn't reflect immediately in his bank account. He broke a portion of the wall during the process of taking the tree down and tried to cover it up with really poor brickwork which resulted in the neigbour whose walling it was being really angry. He wasn't honest about the branch falling on the wall.
