I am in the process of trying to sell a property in JHB and would like the garden to be sale ready.. there are many large and established trees/ bushed which has caused much shade in the garden and the grass has died. The trees may need to be cut back and advice given regarding shade grass etc to be replaced and some small color added to add appeal. Thanks
