Feedback  He is the one who does maintainace of my two properties that l rent out. If a tenant moves out, Last will come for painting and some other repairs. He is also good at plumbing therefore, he attends to leaks and blockages and he is doing a great job for me. I met this guy way back on one of my properties, he approached me for a job and his lagguage shows that he knows his job. He is quite handy and he works thoroughly.

Feedback  He is very accommodating because he is flexible to negotiate and he agrees to payment terms. Last is a jack of all trades, l rely on him a lot and he delivers quality work. I have known this guy for several years and he has done a lot of work at my house. He is good at welding, painting and general maintaince. He was introduced by someone and l have reffered him to some of my colleagues.

I have known him for a while through a refferal, he has installed a gate, done some painting and plumbing maintanance. He respond on time and he delivers within the agreed time. I commend his work, he is dependable and efficient.
