Jaffet was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Always on time, and ran a well organized team. One area to improve would be to give a more detailed description of the work he's planning on doing. We had some misalignment on what we thought was going to be done, which would have been clarified by a more detailed scope of work description. But thankfully, Jaffet is very professional and helpful, so we were able to resolve it quickly and smoothly and the work was still finished on time..
