Denford and his team need to commit to being punctual. They also need need to work tidily and clean up properly behind them. They are not equipped to work in a space that is inhabited. He undertook to supervise his team, but left much of that to me while he went out taking other quotes. tidiness in NOT a priority for his team. Denford has not followed through on his promise to rectify snags with the internal doors and I've had to constantly follow up. He has not taken ownership to resolve this. I would suggest that final payment be withheld following the completion of all snags. Denford may be a landscaper, I doubt he has done much painting jobs. One of his painters was good though.
