I am into construction industry , I have been in the game for a long time and I usually hire upcoming contractor so that the gain more experience. I have been working with Christine , she has done multiple projects for me and she is getting there. She did plastering, she is ambitious and she is dedicated to her job. I paid her market related rates, I am happy with her work and I can confidently recommend her services.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Laurraine was very quick to reply to my request, and offered me a very reasonable price for the load that needed to be removed. I sent her more than 10 photos of everything that needed to be cleaned and removed, and not once did she say that it would be a problem, or would need more money. I had received several quotes by then, and looking back, would have been much cheaper and easier to use. She said her team would be there immediately - they only arrived an hour later. Then the two men that arrived went for another hour lunch break - so they started two hours after they said they would. Once they started, they realised they need more black bags, and went out to go buy - another delay. Laurraine phoned me for extra money, which I paid. At no stage did they say it is too much (more than they had charged me). Laurraine just WhatsApped me at 6 to say her men were still there. Then I received a call the next morning that they had to go back and clean more. Laurraine insisted on more money, even though she gave me a quote and not once the previous day mentioned more money. I then paid over more money. She then phoned me and insisted on R900 extra, after which I refused, because I had already paid over 3 times - who knew when she would stop? She then subsequently refused to take any more and left over 40 black bags outside my house. So not only did they take my money (much more than was first discussed), but she also left all the mess outside my house. She basically stole my money. I am based in Cape Town, so was not at the sight myself, but my admin lady and her husband were there to oversee, and she said that there were only 2 guys that arrived initially, then realised they needed more men, but then worked extremely slowly. The truck they used was small and dilapidated - had to be push-started to start, and generally not a great working environment. The total amount of refuse was no more than 2 and a half ton.
