Feedback  Lazarus Mutandabute was intially contracted to install my roof which he did well and as result decided to offer him most of the remaining renovation work . This is where his true colours showed - He started by not paying his suppliers claiming that i didnt pay him (which was not the case) - He left work uncompleted and without paying his workers, following up with him proved fruitless. To make it worse his work is now starting to show cracks.

Description  Lazarus was project manager for painting our house inside and out. He hired a number of mento work with him.

Feedback  Lazarus did not come back to fix the issues we had where painting wasn’t done well. A few days after the painting was done it started peeling off on some parts of the house. He advised us incorrectly about the colour of the paint. We also heard from some of his workers that he had not paid him after we had settled full payment. Lazarus is not to be trusted. Truly regret spending so much money on him and his services (Paida Construction). I would not recommend him at all.

Cost  Above R 1 million

Description  He helped me complete the building of a double story house of mine after l had problems with the initial contractor.

Feedback  Lazarus came to my rescue when contractor that was building my double story house gave me problems. It was a R 5 million project and Lazarus came through to complete the project for me. He is well versed when it comes to construction work, did everything accordingly and l was happy with him such that l recommended him to my colleague who was also having a construction project of an office block worth R 2 million.

Description  He did house renovations for me.

Feedback  He is a great service provider. I am happy with his workmanship, he is good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone looking for his services

Description  Lazarus did re-tiling, ceiling, new roof, general house maintenance and more.

Feedback  He is really good at the work that he does and if that wasn't the case we wouldn't be using him again. He is professional and hardworking. Dedicated to his work and makes it a point to satisfy you as a client. He has done a lot for us and we very much grateful for the work he does.
