Description  He sent his Technician Roy to repair my fridge, which was broken after a huge, almost week long power failure.

Feedback  His Techician named Roy turned up and inspected my fridge. He said that he had to re-gas both compressors and replace a filter on the compressor of the freezer side. This was done and he charged me R1400.00. He said there was a 12 month warranty on their work. I asked for an invoice, which Lewis sent me via Whatsapp. There is NO company details on the invoice, just my Details and what was done to the fridge. No contact Details, No company name........................nothing. This is where I became suspicious. Two hours after Roy left the Alarm light on my fridge was flashing again, and I could feel that my food was not being frozen. I phoned both Roy and Lewis and told them about the problem, and asked that Roy come back and fixed my fridge, which I had already paid for. Both Roy and Lewis said that Roy would return the same day. Roy did NOT come back. When I tried to phone back, they both claimed they are busy and would phone me back. Neither one of them phoned me back, and they both stopped taking my calls. The next day I phoned Lewis again. He promised that he personally would come and fix my fridge. WHen he did not turn up, I phoned again and got the same story. Needless to say, he never turned up. He claims to operating from the Birchleigh area in Kemton Park. I will NEVER use his services again and I will NEVER recommend his services to anybody.

Feedback  Lewis came to repair my Oven. He was prompt and efficient and friendly. I paid him and he left however this is where it all went wrong. The oven had some sort of current problem where the earth was now no longer connected and you could feel electrical current when touching the oven. I notified him and he promised me he would return to fix it. After that he completely ignored all my phone calls and messages after numerous attempts over a week to contact him. This was deliberate as when phoning from another number the call was immediately answered. Terrible after service support and sadly would not recommend him to anyone. You have been warned.
