Description  Our pool needed remarbelite, it was also oozing water from the bottom. Him and his team had to come and create a great drainage system and erect new marbelite.

Description  I contracted Dots to renovate my pool and paid R40k to get it redone with fibre-glass, repainted with new filter and light

Feedback  Dots walked away form finishing the pool renovations after promising to pay for the draining of the pool to fix their mess. My pool was leaking at the new light they installed and I had the refill the pool a third time once I got someone else in to fix their leaking light installation. The paint job was terrible with different colors of paint in the pool as they painted the pool a second time here and there where they did a terrible job when they applied the fiberglass and had to re-sand it. The pool is at this moment not up to standard and I will need to get another company to come and fix his mess. Dots kept saying he will call me to fix the mess but never answers the phone and never calls back either. They were never punctual and did a terrible job. I will never recommend them or use them again.

Description  They refurbished my pool

Feedback  The company was supposed to refurbish my pool and estimated it will take 3 days. They made a proper mess of the work and I had to call them back several times to correct the mess. They were the cause that my paving is sinking in due to absolute poor work. I can't remove my basket in the weir as the work they did prevents the basket to come out. The pipes they were supposed to fix are leaking. There is cement marks all over the place and they screwed up my paving where they should not have been as they cleaned they cement buckets there and discharged the waste cement on my paving. Furthermore, it is a hassle to get hold of them. They just ignore my calls and WhatsApp messages. They honestly do not care for the client and are more expensive than other suppliers. We paid the extra money as they provide a guarantee. I would not trust their guarantee at all. They are not a company that will ever deliver on their promises nor do the work right the first time in my opinion. Absolutely money down the drain.
