Description  He demolished the pillar that is structural and replaced it with a steel beam. Removed wall tiles and plaster the wall. Added a wall plug for the eye-level oven and under-counter kitchen lightning.

Description  He took out my wall and floor tiles and retiled everything again. Installed a new shower system

Description  He Knocked down walls to make our office bigger and he put up new walls

Feedback  He did not need me to stand behind him he knew what he was doing and he did it well and learned a thing or two from him as well

Tiler

Description  He broke laminated floors and existing tiles and installed new tiles in my lounge, kitchen and passage.

Feedback  He worked for 4 days in total and that was pretty good time keeping. He was very good and everything however there was a couple of things that he had to use after wards which he did. I would definitely use him again.

Description  I subcontracted Jack to do bricklaying in many projects

Feedback  I have worked with Jack for the past 05years, he has never given me a problem. Jack has got good communication and management skills , he communicates well with clients as well as his workers. From my experience l would love to give him 5 stars but hey no one is perfect hence l give him 4stars not necessarily meaning he is bad. He is good at what he does.

Description  I have worked with Jack in many different projects, he did brick laying for walls and also he constructed toilets for a 10 story building.

Feedback  He has got good people and project management skills. He is excellent in what he does, he knows his job. I worked with him in Soshanguve and many areas around Johannesburg. He is a hardworking man who is always pantual and trustworthy. He is a good bricklayer and builder.

Description  Renovated my 5 bedrooms house and he also built a garage for me

Feedback  Jack is a good and trustworthy man to work with. I sometimes give him money to go and buy materials, he has never taken even a cent from the change. My neighbours can't close their mouths with the work that was done by Jack.Had it not been of the rains he was to complete the job in two weeks. A very clean, realiable, tidy and trusted man whom l can refer to anyone looking for a builder.

Description  He did all of my concrete work and building work. He's done a lot of civil works.

Feedback  I've worked with him for 7 years. He was always punctual and I like his rates. He is a good guy.

Description  He's done work on 2 sites for me as a subcontractor. One of them was a LT store room and the other was installation of solid masonite fire doors (they didn't need to be fire rated because they were internal). The doors were at the top and bottom of some stairs. He closed off the area for me with brick and plaster.

Feedback  He was on site at 7 each morning with his crew and supervised them well. His communication is good and he speaks well. He is respectful and responded well to criticism, with no attitude or back chat. Workmanship and finishing was good. He left material behind that didn't belong to him, so although I've only worked twice with him, he is trustworthy. He kept his site clean. It was a very busy time of the year for me, so I could only pop in for 10 minutes at a time, but mostly it was clean and if not he would quickly clean up. On the sites I've used him he's been a good worker.
