Feedback  A friend recommended him to me. We have been working together for 4 and 1/2 years. He is older than me but he respects me and does the project at hand accordingly. He does not need to be micromanaged, he takes ownership and responsibility of the project assigned to him. He is a former teacher and l believe this has helped him more in the construction industry as he communicates very well and he knows team management like the back of his hand. I have had to deal with some of the most difficult clients and Mark has helped in making sure that the project is done to the client's expectations. He is trustworthy-l say this because l have had to give them money to buy materials and never have l had a problem with getting receipts and feedback from him. He has been a great pleasure to work with.
