Description  He was supposed to complete housing plans for me and project started in March and yet he has not completed anything. Marshal cant be reached since July 23. he is a scam.

Feedback  He is a scam, no one can be involved in a business without being reached. Marshal is a scammer and I paid him 80% of.his fees and he has not delivered the architect work that was required. Please stay away from this guy, a scammer and dishonest.
