Description  Additionall support on roof, waterbobd and waterproof. However the roof us still leaking in many places. He will be coming when it is sunny to do more waterproofing

Description  Old zinc roof, required primer and waterproofing.

Feedback  Quoted 5 days, completed work in 3 days. Team was friendly. Work was neatly completed. Marks is helpful and managed his time well.

Painter

Cost  Walls (2 bedrooms, living room and dining room) = R1930; Ceiling (all) = R500; Varnish & security bars = R750

Description  Painting for a two bedroom townhouse: Walls, ceiling, window security bars and varnish of skirting.

Feedback  Marks underestimates the time it takes to complete the work. In all, the job was really 3 days of work rather than 2.
