Feedback  Meshack's work is perfect. He does plumbing and waterproofing work for my clients. So far I am impressed as I have never had any complaints from my clients. Meshack is good at communicating and that makes it easier for me to work with him.

Feedback  I have used Meshack's services and he did great. He did waterproofing and since then I have not faced any leaking challenges. Meshack shows professionalism in his work. He also does his work neatly and meets his deadline. I would recommend him to others.

Renovator

Description  He build a retainerwall around my pool, screeting on the side of my house and also some paving. Then after that job he rebuild my patio, fitted a braai, rebuild the roof, fitment of stack doors.

Feedback  Im not going to make this a long painfull review. Simple. He did 2 jobs for me. First job was building a retainer wall, screeting and paving. Took more than 6 weeks for a job that should have taken 3-4 weeks max. Job was a 7/10 but I kept my trust in him. Then I gave him my patio to rebuild, build in braai, screet, roof and 3 stacking doors. It started slow but ok. I was promised that it would be completed by beginning of December so that the deck guys can start around the pool. I was constintly worried about the roof as 3 different experts told me we should re-inforse it with I beams. After consulting with him he did not agree but I insisted. I bought all the extra materials and he installed it. When we came closer to due date he was not close to finish. Then he was taking days for funerals, no work when its raining even though its under the roof. I was running out of time and now we were on the 17 th of Dec already. The deck guys started on the 9th and jobs were overlapsing. At this point I paid R105000 for the patio and I was quoted R136000. He just did not pitch up for work on the 20 the of December. When I called him 3 times he said he ran out of money. He insisted that I pay the balance and then he will finish. I could not do that as I can see he was not going to get it done. I paid alsmost 80% of the job but 2 stacking doors was not supplied or fitted, no painting done, roof still leaking as no waterproofing done, no rubish removal done, NO cladding done. Now at this point his not returning my messages or calls. Seems like his done with the job and I am the one loosing money. It will cost me as least another R60000 to get the job completed. I am sooo disappointed with him and put all my trust and money I saved for a long time into him. And I bought all paint, bricks and cladding with my own money that was not even part of his quote. Only way im removing this review is if he gives me money back for the jobs he did not complete. Completely unprofessional and VERY bad customer service. On the other side all my own tools was used from ladders, spades shuvles wheelbarrows ext. they supplied hardly anything to do this job. He also did not have transport so everything had to be delivered and he had to Uber to the job every day. He said this took his money and that is why he could not complete the job. I am sitting with a half finished job and allot of dissatisfaction and disappointment. Would not recomend him to anyone. And Meshack if you are reading this you should at least man up and message me back. Not even to mention the fact that you owe me a partial refund for work not completed.
