Feedback  Paul is the guy who helped to build my house here in Pretoria and he has also done plumbing work for me in the past and it was done sometime ago but l haven't had any problems yet. What l like about him is that he accepts customer feedback and when l tell him that l am not happy with anything he is a person who does not justify his mistake, all he does is to make sure that the mistake is fixed. Considering how he has worked for me l cannot start to think of getting anyone else, l will always use him.
