Feedback  I have no reservations in recommending Mpilo to anybody because i was quite satisfied with his service. I like that unlike other service providers, Mpilo is very customer oriented. His after sales services are very good, he told us to monitor the perfomance of the machine and if there are any problems we should call him back to fix it again at no any additional cost. His price was very good and inclusive of everything, he never asked to buy anything. He was very quick and efficient too.

Feedback  I needed my washing machine fixed urgently and Mpilo delivered. He responded very quickly when i called him and it took him just a few hours to fix the machine. He did give me a guarantee but so far i have never had any problems with it. I also found his pricing to be quite fair for the work he did. I can't fault him on anything and i can recommend his service to anyone.

Mpilo was quite reliable, quick to respond when i called him and did show up at exactly the agreed time. He did the work very quickly and efficiently. The pricing was also quite reasonable for the work he did. I would definitely use him again and can also confidently recommend him to other people.
