Feedback  I have worked with Mulalo for over 5 years, and he is the only guy I use for my tenants' DSTV installations. He is very good at what he does, and I have never even once found any issues with his work. or received a complaint about him. If am not around, I just give him a call and he goes to the place and does the installation without my supervision. Even though his prices are market related, his service just sets him apart from the rest, he ensures that installations are set up neatly, he communicates very well, and he is honest.

Feedback   I like him because he is humble and reliable. When I give him a call, he makes an effort to show up on time and he has never disappointed. To be honest, unlike other DSTV installers I have previously used he is the only one who makes sure that all the wires are covered and neatly disguised so that they are not visible. His prices are much cheaper, and he does not ask for any upfront payments or deposits, he does the job first and only once he is done will he take his payment. His level of commitment and innovativeness is also the reason I use him for minor painting jobs also.

Description  He replaced our DSTV LNB.

Feedback  His service was very good, and he seemed to know what he was doing because he ended up fixing other issues, we were not aware of. Ever since he changed the receiver, we have not had any issues with our DSTV. He was very relaxed, he did not rush to finish, he took his time and made sure that everything is 100% ready for use, and we appreciate his work. We never compared his price to other quotes, but he was reasonable for the work he did. I can recommend him anytime.
