Feedback  Muller sounds like an expert when he explains the plumbing issues and what needs to be fixed but when it comes to the actual work, he does half the work and you have to keep calling him back to finish what he started cause there tends to be issues with the job once he has left. He just needs to practice honesty and focus on delivering the work more than the expert speeches.
