Feedback  Shelves were specified to have heavy duty brackets. When the installation started it was clear those brackets were too small. Then standard brackets were installed. Now the shelves are not able to hold the weight, they are bending and are also coming out of the wall. response to the complaint was not handled in a satisfactory manner.
