Feedback  I had a bad experience with Rue because he went back on hi word, he gave me a qouataion before he came and he ended up asking for more money claiming that he used more cables and other things. I hired him for the installation of a Dstv, he was not on time and he did not do the job very well, l ended up getting someone who rectified his mistakes. The guy costed me a lot, he put up a hole in my ceiling which was noticed by the other person l hired and he tried to hide it. I don't think Kandua should keep people like him, it is bad for business.

Description  Installed wifi extenders and setup dvd in a second room.

Feedback  The team was very friendly on arrival. I asked them to quote and they said that they could not accurately quote until they started doing the job. The started and finished without providing a quote. Eventually when they finished they wanted to charge me R7 900 for 4 hours work, a few second hand pieces of equipment etc. I immediately called another installer to get an idea of what they would charge for a similar job and it came in at less than one third of the cost that I was charged. When I questioned the cost a refused to pay the insane bill the team on site became aggressive and I felt extremely uneasy, to the point that I called my security company.
