120 square metres of knotty pine ceiling supply and installed on 38 x 38 battens

I would like the ceiling to be repaired and painted. The bathroom is approximately 4mx3m. I would like a quote for 2 options: 1) get the entire bathroom ceiling repaired 2) if possible to only repair the removed section The repair should be seamless. When I look at the ceiling it should not be apparent that their was a hole or where the ceiling was fixed. As a separate quote I would like to get the cost for painting 2 other bedroom ceilings as well.

We are converting garage to flat. Size is around 14m x 4m. It’s a flat roof and there is currently no ceiling so battens might need to be installed as well. Would be a bonus if you can install Insulation, battens, magnaboard ceilings and cornices too. Have to ensure the flat is insulated to stay warm in winter and cool in summer. Don’t want material that attracts rats or that is toxic. Must me material that has a long life span and can handle it if the roof leaks.

Bathroom = +-11 square meters Kitchen = +-8 square meters I have the rhinolite. I just need labor and tools

We have a ceiling that needs to be repaired. There are a couple of holes in the ceiling from lamps that have been removed and a bit of water damage. The ceiling will also need to get painted.

It's a small bathroom. I believe my neighbor's shower is leaking therefore it's affecting my ceiling. Their shower needs a waterproofing coat before any work is done on my ceiling.

My upstairs neighbour had no waterproofing on his shower. The water ran down my walls for a while. Due to the water damage the paint is peeling as well as some places the paint went off up and until the drywall board. I need the entire ceilings’ old paint removed and redone
