Feedback  He was quite competent and very professional with work to get done. He did not need to be managed and was very pleased with his work. He was affordable, reliable and overall completed the work to my expectations.

Description  Broke down existing bathroom. Was supposed to rebuilt it. Quoted for fix and supply. Ended up paying for material which he stole.

Feedback  Patrick was one of two people who tendered but pushed and came in cheaper. Said job would take less than a week. 3 days in said he's father is on hes last and needed an advance to to to Zim..Came back and started taking on other jobs in the road. Realized he was using the material we paid for..became aggressive when confronted. Started coming to our house and asking the children for material when he knew we would not be at home. He is extremely sly despite he's outward friendly demeanor. Best use him for plastering and nothing else that he claims to be skilled in as he's fucked up and cost us triple of what he quoted upfront.

Threw crete stone down the drains..Did not complete the job but harassed for payment. Broke things like ceiling boards and window panes in order to add extra work as he went along.. I'd post photographic evidence if tis site allowed. Horribly dishonest individual. Wish we had not encountered this opportunistic individual.

Feedback  Hired Patrick based on the existing positive reviews on this site..He was OK with plastering but then started stealing when tasked with bigger jobs. This transpired over a period of several months. Used bedrooms to store so called rubble which turned out to be materials that we bought that he took off site Also acted dangerously suspicious making contact with our underage kids when we were not home, coming to knock for material without our knowledge. Very combative and arrogantly defensive. With hindsight, makes sense why he's voiced the problems he had working with previous contractors. Constantly asked for personal items of ware on ones person. Goes by several aliases, Petty, Patrick, Suckson Masale. Zimbabwean docs lists him as Ncube Sakhikle. Stole 80kg crete stone, 5 litres permabond and 5 liters adhesive amongst other things. If Kandua takes this review down again then it is evident that they do not take users safety seriously.

Description  Used Patrick, Petty, sucksonmasale, (various aliases' he goes by) based on the positive revies on this site...knocked down an existing drywalls and proceeded abuse and steal the material that was provided..left job unfinished but insisted on final payment and harrass to access the site for the remaining material. Took advantage based on our ignorance of the building trade. . Used 5 litres of cornice adhesive and 5 litres of permabond for 15sqm and insists he used everything...He operated with various containers and used what we bought to carry out work on other sites..we suspect he took the remaining material offsite ..threw crete stone down the drains out of spite after being called out and being asked to leave the site

Feedback  thought i was being educated when in fact, he was lying about materials costs and ripping us off. Also behaved creepy, knocking at my place to liase with the kids while i was not present. Very shady guy who's wife was apparently in a mental institution but provides her bank details for payment. Operates like an illegal immigrant. Cannot be trusted. Hides behind being a man of faith but operates with a conscience. Also extremely prejudice about different race groups..don't be fooled by he's initial friendly demeanor.
