Description  Patson did maintenance work on my flat roof by installing bitumen / torch-on and ensuring there are no parts on the roof that collect water; i.e. he channeled water to the drain pipes wherever it would collect. He came again a couple of years later to review the work and all was still in order without immediate work needed.
