I have subcontracted him several times to do plumbing, painting and some general maintenance. He was always on time each time I called for him and he has never disappointed me. His prices are reasonable and his workmanship is great. I have never had any problems with him or with his work and I can definitely recommend him to anyone who may need his services.

He came to my house a week prior to plan his work accordingly and to fit in with my budget. He did the work well and we are happy with it. He helped me with the installation of a bulkhead, painted the whole house, repaired 2 ceilings and installed cupboards in the kitchen. He did this work skillfully and proved that he is knowledgeable about it. We had an agreed deadline and he managed to complete the target. What I liked about his work is that he cleans the work area everyday to how it should be and on the last day the place looks even cleaner than before. The pricing was fair. I only have compliments about his work.

We had a number of handyman requests from painting, restoring and carpentry work. No job was too big, Likwa will make a plan to ensure the job gets done correctly, on time and budget.. He was pleasant and hardworking. The only area of improvement I could suggest was general cleaning up at the end of each day. But in general, his paint work is exceptionally neat. We would recommend Likwa for handyman jobs.
