Feedback  Philany did quite a lot for me as he renovated my house, I wanted to extend plus he painted the house as well. Philany is a specialist at what he does because many people can do the job but the work starts to deteriorate as time goes by that is not the case with Philany's labor. The prices were fair so I have no complaints.

Feedback  Philany is an all-rounder as he can do tiling, painting, and building work as well. His prices are affordable because Philany is open to negotiations with his customers. I am pleased with all of the work he has done for me as he is an excellent renovator and Philany is very dependable too.

The work was neatly done because Philany cleaned up his workspace once he was finished with the job. The prices were fair, what is more, I would recommend Philany's services.
