He works well under pressure and because he has a bubbly personality you wouldn't notice that he is under alot of pressure. Clients love him dearly he is a hard worker we've never had major comebacks from his previous work. Even when I'm stressed I will quickly come out of it because Phumudzo always has a positive mindset even in difficult situations I speak highly of him.
