She has no idea what customer service is, she is rude, she shouted at me and put the phone down in my ear, now again refuses to speak to me. I'm sure the reviews on here are false. She has not paid me back the money she owes me since December, her work was shoddy and we had to beg her to come and get the work done.

Sean Kuchera and his crew dug up my pool from scratch to construct it, in less than a week even if the rain was hindering progress. They also built up a lapa next to the pool as well as the braai area. They did all this in a professional manner that impressed me. Sean is very strict to his workers for them to have a graet workmanship as well as general correct behavior expected of them. He is a great comminicator and he actually became more of a friend and I can now call him when I have anything to be done at the house. He was affordable yet cheaper after I had done several quotes around.

Kenneth has been working for me for a very long time. If he won't make to me he will update me 2 hours before so that I wouldn't be worried. He is a chilled guy, who does his work with so much passion and i don't remember having any problems with him or his team.
