I gave him the job on the spot and within 5 minutes he had taken it out and left with it. The next morning, he arrived promptly at the appointed time and installed the replacement pump in less than 20 minutes. He then further replaced my damaged threaded return nozzle, as a value-added service and charged only the cost of the nozzle. Brilliant service! I will definitely be contacting him for any future pool work.
