He came to install my gas stove, he came assessed and did an installation without telling me that my home setup would not fit and pass the safety standards which means I won’t get a certificate. He could have been honest upfront and not take my money and pretend that he was gonna issue me with a certificate. He continued with an unsafe installation and left. Since he was now ghosting me for more than three weeks, I had to look for a second opinion. I have now looked for another installer, who has changed the way my stove setup is to ensure I meet the safety standards and now paying again for a new installation. This additional cost could have been avoided if he knew what he was doing, professional and also honest. I have left him many messages and he also does not take my calls. I’m very disappointed in how he treated me, his workmanship and profesionalisim. Do not use this dishonest man and his services.
