Description  He was contracted to trim four palm trees in my garden and remove the rubble resulting from this job.

Feedback  Punctuality: We agreed that the job would be carried out on Wednesday 17th, only to be called at 08.00 on Tuesday 16th (a public holiday) to be told he was sending team over to do the job. Team of 4 arrived at about 08.30. Admire only arrived at 6pm, so no on site brief to team from him on job and no supervision. Team had to use my phone to contact him more than once. Trustworthiness: Amount quoted was disputed when came to payment, as he claimed more work than agreed was carried out by team. Ended up paying an additional amount. Tidiness: He did not remove all the debris from the job, as he claimed that this would result in extra loads of his vehicle. However, on quoting, when I remarked that his 'bakkie' was not large enough to remove the cuttings from the palm trees, I was shown pictures of a much bigger truck that he would use for their removal. Affordability: Original quote was affordable and good value, but additional costs were added on completion. Workmanship: The team of four workers could not be faulted on their workmanship. However, none had PPE for COVID-19 (masks) or safety (gloves, goggles, etc.).
