Feedback  Firstly he did not come to do the job on the day originally agreed upon. Suddenly we was ready to do the work and has a non believable excuse. The workmanship was as bad as I would have done it, I have tried to do it myself so I know how not to do it, that is why I thought of getting a professional. They left silicone stains all over my carpet and only after I complained about it, they tried to clean it up. It was unsuccessful. After all this, and after I fully setteld the account through Leroy Merlin he still has the audacity to send me a statement. I will never use Kandua again if this is the service one gets

I expected more prices measurements and cutting of the prices to fit more precise, but we had load shedding and he couldn’t use bis power tools, so it’s understandable to some extent.

The only thing I was upset about is Leeroy Merlin expected Alfred to pay for all the glue, new cement, and the materials that we needed to use which I thought was a bit unfair. I thought maybe they have insurance I actually felt sorry for him and bought everything myself and overall the service was alright there are no comebacks at the moment.
