Description  He replaced aluminium window friction stays in the whole house (these had been in place since the house was built in 2004), repacked a pivot door and fixed loose handle and drilled drainage holes on skylight window, replaced a handle on sliding door.

Feedback  While the team he sent worked alone, I would have felt reassured if he had come to the site to check on his team. There were some things I had to point out to the team which I felt the contractor should have supervised. Also the team that came to assess and provide the quote was different to the executing team - so some details on what needed to be done were not captured in the paperwork but the team obliged and did the job without grumbling. The team he sent was very well mannered and jovial!

Feedback  Average workmanship. Left tiny (and not so tiny) shards of glass in the area around the window. Could have laid down plastic to avoid this. The cutting of the glass was untidy. Would make more sense to come and take accurate measurements, go and get the right size glass and then make minor adjustments if necessary.
