Description  Built a wall

Feedback  I first met Andrew when he was extending an office at the complex where we have our offices and he did a good job there, which was why I asked him to come to do some work at my home for me. The wall at the back of my property was falling and he demolished it and rebuilt it in one day., which was quick. We had agreed that he would start work at 8 am and he was there at 7 am, he is reliable and trustworthy. His prices are very good and he does good work, he was clean also, didn't leave a mess when he was done. I was very impressed by Andrew.

Description  Alterations at my house

Feedback  The first thing that I remember about Andrew was that when we were discussing the alterations, he didn't just tell me to go and buy bricks, he gave advice and told me that we need to reinforce the walls, that showed me that he is honest. Andrew would arrive on time for work, he has his own car and he would come prepared with all of his tools, I mean EVERYTHING, he never asked me for anything he would need for the job. His pricing is reasonable and the quality of his workmanship is very high. When the alterations we're done, I called Andrew to do a boundary wall for me, and he was not available at the time, I decided to wait for him, I waited until he could come to work for me that is how good he is, I did not want anyone else doing the job. I do not regret using Andrew, he is a good guy and a professional, I would recommend him to anyone.

Feedback  He is good at what he does. He is reliable, trustworthy, skilled, and I love the fact that he is open to suggestions and inputs. I was happy with the service delivery.
