Description  One aluminium window was jammed shut & required new support brackets which were replaced. Major par of job was aluminium folding stacker door was derailed and had to be put back on rail.

Feedback  He knew exactly what had to be done, but definitely needs more tools. He was fortunate that I had a crowbar to assist in lifting the door and a small screwdriver which I believe he should always have with him.
