Feedback  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Billy. I hired them to resurface my pool and repair the light in May. While Billy requested early payment before the job was complete, which I provided, the site cleaning was inadequate once he had completed the job. Further, a week after the supposed completion, the pool light malfunctioned and was found floating in the pool. I contacted Billy numerous times about repairing the light, and received only empty promises. As of today, 3 weeks later, the light remains unrepaired, creating a safety hazard and leaving my pool unsightly. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Billy's lack of responsiveness and follow-through regarding the light is unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for pool service.
