Feedback  Bongani started to fix the problem by dealing with the most complex potential issue first (replacing and bypassing the gas), then checked for the most obvious issue (a moving fan) - which was the main problem. This resulted in unnecessary work that resulted in the freezer not operating at all. The freezer is now broken and will need replacement. I informed Bongi of the problem and had no follow-up.

Description  He repaired and replaced the compressor on my refrigerator about four months ago.

Feedback  Bongani is as professional as they come. He did such a wonderful job within a short space of time. Four-months later my fridge is performing at its par. In terms of pricing out of the three quotes I got he was the most reasonable one and contrary to the general belief the value did not impact on the quality of service in any way.
