Description  Brian was to restore our old pond, install a filters and pump

Feedback  After the pond restoration, the pond did not hold water, Brian gave every excuse and recommend we demolished the pond and start again. This was going to cost us an addition R22k, we agreed. On the 2nd rebuild Brian will not show up regularly, he was rude and provide no feedback on when the pond will be completed. He gave multiple deadlines but never met them. After 3 months of him doing our pond we had to cancel the work and get another contractor to finish it. I will not recommend Brian for any futures pond build as he is not reliable and I also do not trust his pond experty.

Feedback  We have a fish pond at work and for the past few years, Brian has been maintaining it. He also repairs it if there have been problems with the filter or the pump. He comes in twice a year to do the dip cleaning and he does the normal cleaning every three to four months. Brian knows his work and follows all the given instructions. I can recommend his services.
