Feedback  I liked everything about Charlie and his companion. They knew what they were doing, had the right equipment and spare parts with them and even let my 5 year old son watch them, answering all of his (many) questions. They were very patient. The only issue I had is that Charlie wouldn't give me an estimate or tell me his hourly rate. He was acting awkwardly about the price and payment the whole time which gave me an uneasy feeling. In the end, the price was reasonable and he said it was only because he hadn't calculated the cost yet. All's well that ends well but could improve pricing / cost communication for future customers.
