I used to buy appliances and sell them to people and Clive was the one dealing with the clients and doing the repairs for them. He didn't need any supervision whatsoever he was very efficient because I would just send him the numbers of the clients and he would set appointments with them to sort out their issues and liaise with clients all by himself he never gave me any hassles.
