Most of the job he did alone without my supervision, he's also reliable. He offered me very much very affordable prices, his prices way way below my expectation, meaning that he offers value for money. You was never late to work and definitely I can recommend is services to others.

Cost  For the cast and paving day R2000(4 men), the following day to to the finishing it was R1000(2 men). The waterproofing also a R1000 for the first day and the following day for the round up and final coat R600. The windows were separately billed, but the round up(plastering, etc) was also a R1000.

Description  Cosie-them cast a concrete floor for us and made the finish to my wife's desire. At the same time, they also laid paving(walkway) around the house. They built a fire pit for me. They waterproofed my garage roof and inspected the others. There were also 5 aluminium windows that he and his team installed. There are so many things that I want them to come to do, as it's still a work in progress.

Feedback  When I asked him to quote me on the jobs that I would like done and I spoke of things that I did not know he could get done, he referred people that he works with and had the pictures ready to show their workmanship. He told me exactly what I needed for the jobs and even assisted in getting quotations for me to plan and budget ahead. When I asked him about the casting of the floor, he suggested we use the paving bricks to lay a walkway around the house and indicated to me the damage that the moisture did and explained how it would protect the paint, etc. I must admit, the paving is making such a massive impact and I am very grateful for that suggestion! They levelled the floor and paving in such a way that the water gradually runs away from the house and there's no place where the water accumulates on the floor that was cast. The waterproofing they did is also done very neat and he suggested a good quality material. As I've mentioned, it's still a work in progress, as I have plastering I still want them to come to do, but that's what I truly like about Cosie and his team. He will work around your schedule and your budget and he gives you suggestions that save you money, but still give a quality end-product. That said, with that flexibility, one also has to understand that his current jobs/projects take preference, but he always gets back to you about when he can come or when his current projects will be completed. I for one will wait and trust his referrals to anything I need to be done, from plumbing to windows to painting, etc. He has become my go-to guy in anything in and around my house. I am sure that Cosie and his team will not let you down.

Description  He did a lot of construction work for me including building, painting and construction.

Feedback  He is a professional, very easy to work with and the quality of his work is excellent. I just told him what needed to be done and he did everything by himself including the planning. He is very reliable, efficient and his prices are very flexible. He always made sure that he cleaned up after himself and he left the place very tidy.

Cost  400 a day

Description  He painted, cretestone bathrooms and waterproof. He arranged for kitchen to be tiled and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional

Feedback  He didnt need me to guide him or stand behind him. He is very trustworthy and i knew he will do what was expected of him.

Feedback  I have known Cosie as from 2017. He was just standing by the corner and l asked him whether he is able to do building and he agreed. l gave him small projects at first, he proved to me that he is very good at building then a few more small projects, and he earned my trust now we are doing bigger projects together. As I speak we will be starting another on the 1st of May. He is a good service provider who does not need any micromanagement. I always recommend him.
