Feedback  I have known Costin for about 12 years now he is a very good architect .He designed by for houses. He is very clean and very professional he is always on time. He's got his own transportation and own tools. He is affordable .He does deliver wonderful work . He is very understanding .He's a good guy Costin does a perfect job and I have already recommended him to other people and I will continue to recommend him. His workmanship is good and he is trustworthy good management skills and good communication.

He drew up the house plan, he did a fantastic job and his service was excellent. He makes a follow up to make sure everything went well, his workmanship was good and his pricing was within the market range. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone who requires them.

Description  He came up with plans for my 3 houses. The 1stvone was a 7 bedroom house with 2 kitchens, the second one was a 4 bedroom house with 2 backrooms followed by a 4 bedroom house.
