Description  He installed solar panels.

Feedback  Was supposed to provide a CoC. On the day he tells me he will come about a week later for CoC. The eve of when he should come, he postpones for another day. On the second schedule day he tells me he will come 2 days later which is today. I sent him a message yesterday to find out when he is coming, he did not respond. I try to call him, he is not picking up my calls. This is a breach of trust and Curtis has under delivered.
