Feedback  I was hosting a surprise graduation party for my niece and I hired Delphia to do the decor. I just gave her the color combination that I wanted and she worked her magic. She came early in the morning and did all the decorations. What she did was amazing and beyond my expectations. I was happy with the work that she did. She cleaned up everything after the event and I did not have any problems with her. The price that she charged me was great and I can definitely recommend her to anyone who may need her services.
